"On my first visit to Dr. Carroll, he examined a large, irregualr blackish spot on my face next to my nose and said it could become cancerous and it needed to be removed. I was rather suprized and wondered how a black spot could be cancerous. I made the appointment to have the spot excised. When I came for the appointment I was apprehensive. Would it hurt? Would it scar? Mostly, I thought what if it is cancerous and it has already spread? Dr. Carroll removed it and had it biopsied. I felt no pain and it healed nicely. It turned out to be precancerous and he removed some more skin around the incision and had it biopsied. There were not irregular cells and he said the area was clean. I have no perceptable scar by my nose and I am really greateful that Dr. Carroll saw and acted upon that black spot on my face. He has earned my trust in him as a physician."
